Majestic Valley Lodge has a few hotel rooms, ranging from $175 to $250 per night (plus 5% bed tax)
All rooms at the Lodge have been claimed by family members.
RV hookup ($50-$70 per night)
6 spots available with electric hookup
Our Alaskan friends are encouraged to bring your RV if you have one so you can be close by!
Tent camping ($15 per night)
If you don't have gear, we're happy to share our camping equipment or you can rent from Alaska Outdoor Gear Rental

Nearby options don't allow for room blocks or other group reservations. Reserve ASAP for the best price and availability.
Sheep Mountain Lodge (2 min drive) - very popular and books fast! Shuttle service available.
Gunsight Mountain Lodge (8 min drive) - recently remodeled, cost-efficient. Shuttle service available.
Glamping near Matanuska Glacier (12 min drive)
Vacation rentals (Airbnb, VRBO) are limited and some are dry cabins (aka no plumbing)
Tent camping along the highway, no permits needed
TRANSPORTATION
Majestic Valley is about a 2 hour drive from Anchorage. Here are options to get there:
CARPOOL
Locals, we might ask if you can drive out-of-towners to the venue.
RENT A CAR
Renting a car will allow you to explore the beauty of Alaska!
FLY
For those with their own wings, Sheep Mountain Airport has a public airstrip.
TAXI/RIDESHARE
Might be available to get to the venue, but tougher to count on for your return trip. Plus, you might want to stop along the way.
